The Big Flood

Last Sunday our neighborhood experienced the FLOOD of 2011!  I'm not sure what was more impressive, the storm itself or the way our friends, neighbors and ward members rallied.  We were treated pretty kindly by the big storm considering the basements that flooded, windows blown out and the hail that fell.  (So sorry to our pumpkin plants whose big leaves show the most damage.)  This picture was taken a few hours after the height of the storm.  The dirt road behind our house was a torrent of water, the streets in the neighborhood were rivers.  Thank heavens the pumpkins survived.... Daniel's business plan depends on it.  :O)
