It's No Pool.....

Okay, how many of you remember the fun end of year post last year, courtesy of Daniel?  Well, for your reading pleasure, it's the 1st Grade fill in the blank that came home today... It's hard to read since this year he wrote it himself.  (Boy can read at a 4th grade level and start his own Twitter and Facebook accounts (oh yes.  He did.  oh yes.  Got deleted.) but bless his sweet self, he rushes  through writing... so I'll help...)

"A Giraffe is as tall as a tree.
My Mother is as pretty as a rose.
A Soccer Ball is like a Globe.
A Cat is like a Cotton Ball."

Like I said, it's no pool.  But, I love my little dude.
